My first set of cuppies for June is for 10 year old Yu Fei. Her mom requested me to include Hello Kitty & friends and little girly theme.

My most exciting moment was when i was creating this cake. May gave me the freedom to create any design that i like, but the cake must be in a shape of #1 for her 1 year old daughter, Megan and also must have a figurine of a little girl. She also handed me a sample of the invitation card in McD. ITS A JUNGLE PARTY!
Hence i thought of covering the whole cake with dark choc ganache. It's a choc cake btw, so the combination is very chocolatey and yummy. And i handcrafted all the leaves. And I made the figurine using gumpaste, and i thought she looked lonely, so i added a gnome, which i read in Enid Blyton's books that gnomes r normally in the woods..haha..and i added a piglet.
And May also asked me to make 50 cuppies with cartoon characters. The flavours are strawberry and chocolate. She made all the handles herself. So creative ya
