September (vacation month)

Back to business after nearly 2 weeks off. Had a great vacation in Melbourne.

My colleague, Alice had booked me for 25/9/10 since Aug 10 as her daughter's 1st bday celebration will fall on 26/9.

August cakes

This month Im honoured to be given the task to bake a cake for my little 3 yr old Yong Jien. YM asked me to make a Mickey Mouse for him.

This is a specially baked cake as it's sugar free cake base (except for the white/dark choc ganache)
