Sorry for not being able to update my blog for a while. For those who have been following me on Facebook, you will notice that I am more active there.
Just want to share some thoughts with you all...
People always question why are fondant cakes so expensive?
Well, I always tell them that the raw materials that I use are mostly imported from US and high quality..fondants, colourings, equipments..in order to create a MASTERPIECE. And we do according to your requests..custom made specially for you!
These cakes are really meant for those who can really appreciate art...of course, the cakes that I produce are of equally high quality too, with butter based cakes.
Some people also question why are your cakes so sweet?
Fondants are sweet, my GOD, they are originally SWEET! We can't change anything about that..but I have taken the initiative to lower the sugar content in the cakes, so that they can blend well with fondants.
If you really can't take sweet stuffs..well...u know what i mean..these cakes aren't meant for you..You can always choose a cake without topping ya.
Why does fondant crack?
Handle with care..Fondants are not as fragile as butter cream icing, but they are fragile too..They will dry up in the air, melt when kept in airtight container. Please handle your cakes with care before the celebration.
